Return window

You have 3 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

Items must be in original condition: unworn/unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Please keep the order receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start

Email us at support@jiangzichuan.com.au within 3 days of delivery. We’ll confirm eligibility and share next steps.
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages & Quality Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 3 days) if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once approved, we’ll offer a repair/replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law, and provide a prepaid return label if a return is required.

Sizing

If you need a different size or style, we offer exchanges within 3 days.

  • Return shipping is at your own cost for sizing/change-of-mind exchanges.
  • Items must meet the eligibility conditions above.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.

Refunds

  • Quality issues: Refunds (or repair/replacement) will be processed once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

  • Sizing/change-of-mind: Exchanges only (no refunds), unless required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy for goods that are faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
